Our Trips Cross-Country Skiing

Learn to cross-country ski just an hour away from New York City

Image - Cross-Country Skiing

Winter time means that most of your usual outdoor activities have to be put on hold, but it also means that you get to a bunch of new and exciting sports. While most people from Colorado had cross-country skis duct-taped to their feet as babies, New Yorkers in general haven’t had too much experience with it. That’s why we’re debuting our cross-country ski (and burn 600+ calories per hour doing it) trip.

This trip is great for beginners and experts alike. We’ve got a champion D1 Nordic skier on our team who is eager to share his advice so whether you’ve never strapped a pair of skis on or you’re looking to perfect your technique, he’ll be able to steer you in the right direction. And we’ve scouted a beautiful location in in the Hudson Valley with lots of diverse terrain, which means you can customize your day depending on how much you want to push yourself. And of course, no cross-country ski trip would be complete without a warm campfire and hot chocolate at the end!
